1 Environmental choice

2 Installation points

3 Start-up check
1. Whether all screws are tight and whether there are sundries in the tower.
2. Whether the fan and water spraying system rotate smoothly.
3. Check whether the power supply is consistent with the motor voltage.
4. Whether the belt combination is installed correctly.
5. Open the water supply valve to completely fill the water basin and water pipe, and the water level is 25mm lower than the full water pipe.
6. When starting, start the fan before the water pump and after, check the wind direction and air volume, and adjust it in time until the requirements are met.
7. When stopping, stop the fan first and then stop the water pump.
4 Operation check
1, keep the water tower clean, regular water treatment.
2. After running for about 60h, re-check the belt tension to ensure normal.
3. The oil level of the gear reducer shall be replaced after 150h of operation.
