Commodity Description
Working principle: the air duct is divided into three sections from bottom to top: the flow contraction section, the fan working section and the dynamic pressure recovery section. the air flow through the water spraying section of the countercurrent cooling tower passes through the arrangement of the flow contraction section of the air duct designed according to the elliptic curve, which can shrink and transition to the fan working section evenly. the air flow is promoted to the dynamic pressure recovery section through the blade work in the fan working section, the dynamic pressure recovery section designed by the theory of gas flow field homogenization is used to guide and diffuse the gas flow, so that the dynamic pressure loss of the air flow in the air duct is effectively reduced.
(1) Use kinetic energy recovery type air duct. Material for flame retardant glass steel material, new process molding. The resin adopts epoxy resin, oxygen index ≥ 30, and the life of the air cylinder ≥ 30 years.
(2) The stress concentration section and the connection end are embedded with prefabricated parts to form solid circumferential ribs to ensure the overall strength and operation strength of the air duct. The wind load of the air duct wall is 690Pa, and the tensile strength is ≥ 150MPa. There are anti-typhoon measures at the bottom of the connection between the air duct and the ring beam. The wind load meets the requirements of local meteorological parameters and can withstand the disastrous attack of typhoons above grade 12.
(4) The outer surface adopts a smooth gel coat resin layer containing light stabilizer (Ashland smooth gel coat resin layer in the United States), which can resist long-term irradiation of ultraviolet rays (ultraviolet resistance grade 5) and has sufficient rigidity. The thickness of the gel coat layer is controlled at about 0.5mm, so that the air duct has excellent aging resistance, corrosion resistance, ultraviolet resistance and other excellent properties, is smooth, beautiful, and ensures no cracking or fading.
(5) The kinetic energy recovery value of the ram is ≥ 30%, the inner surface is coated with resin twice, and the finish is maintained at a high level after plastic treatment to reduce resistance. Low temperature resistance ≤-38 ℃.
(6) The air duct shall be assembled tightly, regularly and firmly, and the fasteners and anchor bolts shall be made of stainless steel 304. The clearance between the inner wall of the air duct and the blade tip of the fan shall comply with GB/T 7190.2-2018 (30±5mm);
(7) The air cylinder is provided with a quick access door.
(8) The air duct layer can bear the load of fan installation and maintenance. The top of the air duct is provided with a lightning protection ring.
