The fan reducer adopts the form of two-stage helical parallel shaft transmission, and the installation method is vertical. It has the advantages of compact structure, large bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency, and is convenient for installation and maintenance, stable and reliable operation.

BNK series power station straight air cooling reducer adopts helical gear parallel shaft transmission form, vertical installation. It is mainly composed of motor support, box cover, box body, coupling, input shaft, intermediate shaft, output shaft, gear, bearing, lubrication pump, lubrication device, sealing device, and monitoring system.

The direct air cooling fan of BNK power station is composed of impeller (hub and blade), air duct, reducer, motor and other components.
The installation form of the fan is: the motor is installed above the reducer and the input shaft is connected, and the reducer is installed on the support plate of the fan bridge through the support plate. The hub is hung on the output shaft at the lower end of the reducer, and is fixed with the output shaft through a taper sleeve and a gland. The blade is fastened on the hub with a clamp and a semicircular pad through a U-shaped bolt. The wind turbine is connected with the fan bridge by bolts.
