1.1. Water saving and fog elimination module

1.2, water-saving anti-fog filler

Fog special filler selection of high quality high heat transfer of modified PVC, the use of special material formula, vacuum plastic molding.

Fog-eliminating special filler has the advantages of good heat dissipation, high impact strength, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, large specific surface area, high dispersion coefficient, light weight and toughness, no brittle fracture and no deformation.

(1) Superior flame retardant performance: flame retardant oxygen index ≥ 40;

(2) No geometric deformation occurs at 65 ℃, and no breakage or embrittlement occurs at -20 ℃;

(3) High strength of the assembly block: the filler sheet is bonded with a special adhesive, the flat compression strength of the filler block is ≥ 3000N/m2, and the shear strength after 24 hours of bonding is greater than 3.3MPa;

(4) The substrate thickness of the heat exchange module is ≥ 0.4mm, and the diaphragm does not add recycled materials. The physical and chemical performance indexes of the filler sheet conform to the relevant provisions of DL/T742-2001 "Technical Conditions for Plastic Parts of Cooling Towers": sheet density ≤ 1.55g/cm3, and flat sheet tensile strength ≥ 40MPa. In boiling water, the longitudinal dimensional shrinkage rate is ≤ 5%, the water absorption rate is ≤ 0.15, the normal temperature tensile strength (vertical and horizontal direction) is ≥ 42.2MPa, the normal temperature elongation at break is ≥ 50% in the longitudinal direction, ≥ 35% in the transverse direction, the deformation temperature is ≥ 65 ℃, and the compressive strength is ≥ 360kgf/m2.

(5) The service life of the special packing for eliminating fog is ≥ 20 years.

(6) sheet plasticizing uniform, no cracks, no holes, no bubbles, no obvious impurities and poor dispersion of accessories.

(7) The special filler for anti-fog is continuously produced by the automatic filler production line, with high production efficiency, accurate product size and reliable quality.

(8) Fog-eliminating special filler adopts compound machine for high-frequency heat-bonding, and the whole piece adopts bonding method.

(9) The air volume adjustment device of the passage is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with a thickness of not less than 3mm, which can be flexibly adjusted at multiple angles, and can realize external operation and automatic control;

(10) This module has two channels, cold and hot. The channels are only tightly sealed and evenly arranged at the lower part of the condensing module, which is convenient for uniform and smooth air intake. There is no cold air directly entering the module from one side of the tower body. The air inlet channel is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with a thickness ≥ 1.5mm to ensure the sealing of the channel;
