According to the scope of P & ID, we provide all instruments, instrument accessories and related product manuals, installation instructions and maintenance manuals in the cooling tower complete equipment.

We guarantee that all automatic control equipment is safe, reliable and advanced, and must meet the requirements of process operation and accuracy. Provide all necessary installation tools or accessories. Mature and reliable products shall be selected for the instrument. Domestic equipment shall be selected under the same conditions. Imported equipment shall be selected when the domestic equipment cannot meet the requirements. 4 ~ 20mA HART protocol is selected for electric instrument signal, and IEC-Pt100/three-wire platinum resistance is selected for platinum resistance.

We guarantee that the instruments and accessories provided in the complete set of cooling tower equipment shall meet the requirements of process operation and environmental protection level. All instruments shall have inspection report, qualification certificate and protection level certification. The protection level of local instruments shall not be lower than IP55, that of remote instruments shall not be lower than IP66, and that of junction box shall not be lower than IP66. All instruments and materials shall meet the requirements of site environment and adopt corresponding anti-corrosion measures.

The preparation of documents and tag numbers shall follow the overall requirements of the project.

Instruments in direct contact with circulating cooling water do not use copper or copper alloy materials.

Electronic signal (4 ~ 20mA HART) shall be used for measuring transmitter, signal converter and other field instruments, and the transmitter shall be of intelligent type. All instruments (excluding local instruments: local pressure gauge, bimetal thermometer, local level gauge, etc.), junction box and cable shall meet the electrical explosion-proof requirements, and the explosion-proof grade shall not be lower than Ex dⅡ BT4.

Provide the interface conditions between the cooling tower package and the overall design, such as instrument cable table, wiring table, I/O table, instrument power consumption level and consumption. Complete design documentation is also provided.

We are responsible for the design, supply and installation of instruments in the cooling tower package, and all instruments are bounded by junction boxes. The terminal block shall be provided with obvious bit number and terminal number. We are responsible for providing metal gland (flexible pipe is required for the gland of multi-core cable), and providing the cable connection table between the instrument and DCS, indicating the type and specification of the cable. The signal shall be connected to the DCS control system by the Buyer.

The front and rear bearings of 10kV motor are equipped with 1 temperature probe respectively, and Pt100 (double) is adopted.

The cooling tower fan reducer shall be provided with on-site oil level indication (glass tube), lubricating oil level in the reducer (output 4~20mADC standard signal) and oil temperature indication (Pt100).

Cooling tower fan reducer shall be provided with vibration monitoring probe and output 4~20mADC standard signal. All probes are required to adopt fully sealed tape armored long tail, without joint in the air duct, and lead to the intermediate junction box, which is provided by the Seller.

High oil temperature, low oil level alarm, high vibration, interlock stop fan. The monitoring control value is given by us.

The signal is transmitted to the DCS system of the device, and the configuration data is provided by us, and we cooperate with the buyer for DCS configuration. The monitoring accuracy is as follows:

Oil temperature measurement range:-40~85 ℃;

Comprehensive error of oil temperature measurement: ± 0.1 or 0.1 ℃ (within five years); ± 0.25 or 0.25 ℃ (after five years); oil level measurement range:-10 ~ 40mm (0mm is the lower limit of normal oil level of gearbox);

Comprehensive error of oil level measurement: ± 5mm;

Fan vibration measurement range: 0~20 mm/s; comprehensive error of vibration measurement: ± 1 mm/s;

Vibration measurement characteristics: the measurement output is proportional to the effective value (RMS) of the vibration speed;

Probe power supply characteristics: DC/24V ± 2V/200mA (internal voltage polarity reverse protection); Output characteristics: DC/4 ~ 20mA;
