Commodity Description
The cooling tower frame is of reinforced concrete structure, the tower body enclosure board and interval are flame retardant glass fiber reinforced plastic enclosure board, and the enclosure board connectors are made of stainless steel. The thickness of the enclosure plate shall not be less than 6mm. The thickness of the interval glass steel plate is ≥ 4mm, and the physical and chemical performance indexes of the FRP interval plate meet or exceed the relevant national standards. The color of the outer surface of the enclosure panel shall be specified by the Buyer. The surface is sprayed with anti-ultraviolet and photo-oxygen aging gel coat resin, which is smooth and beautiful, does not crack or fade, has a Barcol hardness> 35, an oxygen index of not less than 30, does not deform during cold and hot alternation, and is designed to resist wind pressure ≥ 0.40kN/m2. The bending strength is not less than 147MPa, the resin content (mass content) is not less than 45% (excluding gel coat layer and resin-rich layer), and the resin content of resin-rich layer is not less than 70%. Pedestrian access shall be provided between groups of single-row towers. The tower structure design should also make the air flow in the tower unobstructed and meet the requirements of small wind resistance area.
The structure of the FRP enclosure shall be designed to withstand the operation, maintenance and external (such as wind load, snow load, etc.) load of the mechanical ventilation anti-fog tower. The indicators comply with the provisions of GB/T7190.2-2018.
The wind load shall not be less than 690Pa, and the service life shall not be less than 20 years.
