Commodity Description


This project adopts high-efficiency multi-wave water collector. The water collector adopts flame retardant modified PVC grade A new material, pultrusion molding. One of the main features is to add a number of sine waves on the basis of the design of the original arc-shaped water collector, which can effectively prevent the water droplets from flowing on the arc-shaped water collector and avoid the secondary floating water phenomenon formed by the regular arc-shaped water collector, thus improving the water collection efficiency (in terms of circulating water volume) by an order of magnitude compared with the regular water collector.

Technical features:

(1) The water collector adopts flame retardant hydrophilic modified polyvinyl chloride (modified PVC) material. The dripping loss of water collector is less than 0.005 of the designed circulating water volume, the oxygen index is ≥ 40, the thickness of water collector is 0.8±0.1mm, and the distance between the two is 40mm. The service life of the water collector is not less than 20 years. The water collector piece and the piece are connected by special receiving parts, which have good use strength and overall rigidity, are convenient to install and maintain, and the bearing capacity is greater than 300N/m2 under standard test conditions. The water collector is easy to assemble and easy to disassemble to facilitate access to the water distribution area. The molded sheet is free of bubbles with a diameter of 2mm or more and impurities with a particle size of 1mm or more. Bubbles with a diameter of less than 2mm and impurities with a particle size of less than 1mm shall not exceed 30 per square meter; The dispersion degree is less than 5/100 cm2. Resistance to temperature difference change requires no softening and deformation at 65 ℃ and no embrittlement at -40 ℃.

(2) The geometric dimensions of the arc sheet shall meet the requirements of the sheet type design. The circumferential contour of the arc sheet shall be regular rectangle, the edge of the arc sheet shall be smooth, the diversion section shall be flat and straight, and there shall be no twisted edge warping, notch or crack. Dimensional deviation of arc height and width ≤ ± 1mm, dimensional deviation of length ≤ ± 2mm, dimensional deviation of thickness ≤ 0.10mm; the hole position of arc plate opening is accurate and consistent, the hole position deviation between arc plates is ≤ ± 1mm, and the hole diameter deviation is ≤ ± 0.2mm.

(3) The support plate has smooth surface, uniform color and good plasticization, with arch height deviation ≤ ± 0.5mm, center distance between pull rod holes and hole length deviation ≤ ± 0.5mm; The pull rod shaft is straight and round, with ovality ≤ 0.10mm, diameter deviation ≤ ± 0.1mm and length deviation ≤ ± 3mm.

(4) The physical and mechanical properties of the water collector shall meet the relevant requirements in DL/T742 Technical Conditions for Plastic Parts of Cooling Towers. The assembly block of the water collector shall have sufficient rigidity and strength. Under the condition of simple support, the specimen with a net span of 1300mm shall have no obvious deformation at the support place and the loading surface under the uniform load of 300N/m (238 ℃, 72h), and the maximum deflection shall be ≤ 5.0mm.

(5) The airflow resistance is small, and the ventilation resistance loss is less than 0.8 mmH20 under the condition of 2.8 m/s wind speed;

(6) Under the normal operation of the fan, the drifting water loss rate is less than 0.002%.

(7) The flat sheet and forming sheet of the water collector are manufactured by the factory and are not subcontracted.

(8) The addition of carbon black and other ingredients to the sheet makes the product have superior anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging and mechanical properties.

(9) The water collector is made of high-quality new materials and is not allowed to add any recycled materials. Other requirements of the water collector shall meet the requirements of DL/T742-2019.

(10) The assembly block of the water collector has complete accessories and regular appearance. The difference between the width dimensions at both ends of the assembly block is less than 5mm, and the bending degree of the diversion edge of the arc between the pull rods is less than 0.5 of the length of the section. Close contact between each support plate and the arc plate, good agreement, and the nuts at both ends are tightened to form a stable whole. The dewatering device assembly block has sufficient rigidity and strength. Under the uniform load of 300N/m (38 ℃, 72h) for the specimen with a net span of 1300mm under the condition of simple support, there is no obvious deformation of the loading surface of the supporting length, and the maximum deflection is ≤ 5.0mm.
