Commodity Description
The bracket is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), with smooth outer surface, no cracks, no degumming and delamination, no obvious impurities, uniform color and no bubbles on the surface.
The I-piece spacing of the water spraying filler bracket assembly block is ≤ 250mm, and the connecting rod spacing is ≤ 400mm. Equivalent diameter of connecting rod between I-shaped parts ≥ 15mm. The interposition between the connecting rod and the I-shaped piece is sealed with synthetic resin.
The geometric shape of the drenching filler bracket is regular and meets the design requirements.
The size and allowable deviation of the I-shaped piece of the water drenching filler bracket shall comply with the provisions of DL/T742-2019 Table 8, the physical and mechanical properties of the I-shaped piece of the water drenching filler bracket shall comply with the provisions of DL/T742-2019 Table 9, and the deflection of the water drenching filler bracket under uniform load conditions shall comply with the provisions of DL/T742-2019 Table 10.
