The combined heat exchanger anti-fog cooling tower cancels the regular drenching filler and replaces it with the combined heat exchanger.
The heat exchanger module is divided into cold and hot channels. In summer, the cold and hot channels are drenched with water to cool down. In winter, the cold channel is not drenched with water and only ventilated. After heat exchange between cold air and hot water, the temperature increases, the absolute moisture content remains unchanged, the relative humidity decreases, and becomes dry and hot air. The moisture absorption capacity increases. After mixing with the humid and hot saturated air from the hot channel, it becomes unsaturated air, there will be no plume fog outside the discharge tower. The temperature of cold air and hot water partition wall heat exchange. The temperature of cold air increases while the temperature of hot water decreases. In the cooling process, there is no water evaporation loss, and the water saving effect is obvious.
The combined heat exchanger adopts an integral design, with a specific surface area ≥ 230 ㎡/m, the overall heat exchange performance is improved by 20% compared with the regular filler, the ventilation resistance is small, and the energy consumption of the cooling tower is low.
