Commodity Description
By arranging the condensing module above the water collector of the open cooling tower, and at the same time adding a shutter window on the side wall of the cooling tower corresponding to the installation height of the condensing module, water saving and fog elimination are realized. When the cooling tower is running in winter, the side wall shutters are opened and the flap at the bottom of the module unit is closed. In this way, the dry and cold air entering the tower is divided into two paths. One of them still enters the filler along the way to exchange heat with water, and changes from dry cold air to saturated hot and humid air. Under the action of the turning plate, the saturated humid air enters the hot water channel of the condensing module. Another path of dry cold air enters directly into the cold air side of the condensing module through the louvers.
In the interior of the condensing module, the saturated hot and humid air exchanges heat with the dry cold air. The temperature of the saturated hot and humid air decreases, and the water vapor is recycled after condensation on the inner wall of the module. At the same time, the dry cold air becomes dry hot air after heating. The air is mixed above the condensing module, reducing the relative humidity of the air coming out of the tower, thus realizing the purpose of saving water and eliminating fog.
