Commodity Description
The cooling medium enters the air cooler for direct condensation to complete the cooling task, eliminating the heat exchanger, circulating pump, cooling tower and other equipment.
The circulating hot water enters the fin air cooler on the upper part of the air cooler and then discharges the heat exchanger. The air cooler is equipped with a special fan for the cooling tower to suck the external cold air into the air cooler. After the cold air passes through the finned tube, the medium in the tube is cooled by contact heat exchange.

● Water saving
Compared with the open cooling tower, it realizes the fully closed operation of the internal circulation cooling (soft water), reduces the loss of sewage and splash, and can save water, especially in areas with lack of water resources. When the temperature is low, the upper air cooler bears the heat load, and there is no water evaporation in this cooling process, so the water saving effect is obvious.
● Eliminate plume fog
During the winter operation of the tower, due to air cooling, part of the heat dissipation task is undertaken, the evaporation amount is reduced, and the absolute moisture content of the hot and humid air is reduced. When the hot and humid air at the bottom passes through the upper fin air cooler, the temperature rises and becomes unsaturated, and there is no feather fog after being discharged out of the tower, thus solving the phenomenon of feather fog and icing on the surrounding road surface caused by winter operation.
