Commodity Description
The three-splash type anti-loosening nozzle adopts low-pressure impact design, which has the characteristics of large flow coefficient, uneven water distribution coefficient, small combined uniform distribution coefficient and high strength, and the connection mode with the pipeline should be simple, convenient, firm and reliable. The water distribution nozzle shall be tested and screened to have reliable and complete performance parameters such as flow coefficient, spraying angle, non-uniformity coefficient and radial distribution map or curve of water volume under different pressure before the nozzle.
The nozzle adopts ABS or modified polypropylene (PP) material of integral injection molding, with large diameter, no narrow cavity inside the nozzle and no blockage. Spray water droplets are solid circular surface, spray water evenly, no hollow phenomenon; The connection with the pipeline is simple and convenient, high strength and other characteristics. The service life of the splashing device shall not be less than 12 years.
(7) The connection between the nozzle and the water distribution pipe shall be provided with anti-loosening measures to ensure the long-term safe operation of the system. Other requirements for water distribution pipe and nozzle shall meet the requirements of DL/T742-2019.
